Al Qusais “Etisalat” Car Park - Dubai
A fully precast frame structure with long spans of 16 meters. The building has a huge footprint and was built in less than 6 months in precast.

Nakheel Harbour Car Park - Dubai
Right next to Sheikh Zayed Road near Ibn Battuta mall, the Nakheel Harbour metro station carpark is one of the largest car parking structures in Dubai.
It is fully precast with long-span hollowcore slabs, beams, columns, shear walls and staircases in precast. The construction period for the superstructure in precast was approximately six months.
